COVID-19 Arrival Procedures

Self Monitoring

We ask that talent and clients self-monitor their temperature before coming to the studio. If you have a fever of 100° F (38° C) or higher please do not come to the studio. A contact-free thermometer will be available at the studio for anyone who is unable to take their temperature at home.

If you have had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case please let us know so we can reschedule until after the suggested 14-day quarantine period, or after testing negative for COVID-19.

What to Bring

Please wear a mask to the studio. Sound Asylum staff will wear masks at all times while talent and client are on premises.. We ask clients to wear a mask at all times while in the building, and talent to wear a mask at all times except when recording. If you forget we will have disposable masks available.

While we will have clean, sanitized pens in the booth and bottled water, we highly recommend you bring your own water and pen or pencil to the session.

We will sanitize headphones between each use and install new, disposable sanitary ear pad covers. Or talent may bring their own professional, studio-grade headphones.

When You Arrive

We ask talent and client to not arrive before their scheduled time. If you do arrive early please wait in your car or remain outside where you can safely social distance yourself until your scheduled session. This will allow us to minimize the number of people in the building at one time.

When you arrive a staff member will meet you outside and let you into the building so you don’t have to touch the exterior door handle.

Staff will direct you back to the studio. All interior doors will be open so you won’t have to touch any door handles on the way to the studio and booth.
